Cooking
The modern kitchen has everything you need, including a dual oven, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker, air fryer, crock pot, Cuisinart, and blender. You’ll find stainless steel and non-stick cookware, baking pans, sharp knives, and utensils. We provide tableware for eight, plus placemats, napkins, olive oil, vinegar, condiments, and spices.
Outside, enjoy cooking on the propane BBQ grill.
Bedding
Each bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring Allswell mattresses, cozy comforters, and plush pillows for a restful night’s sleep. We’ve dressed the beds in ultra-soft Italic bedding and stocked each room with plush towels, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay.
Toiletries
The house is stocked with a full suite of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and cleaning supplies. For added convenience, we also provide a washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent, so you can refresh your clothes during your stay.
AC & Heater
The house stays comfortable year-round with two HilLo Heating and AC units—one on each floor—plus thermostat-controlled baseboard heaters in every bedroom. For extra warmth, there’s a propane stove on each level. And for peace of mind, a whole-home generator ensures uninterrupted power.
Entertainment
Cell reception is limited, but our lightning-fast WiFi keeps you connected for work, movies, or keeping the kids entertained. We have two smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, and more (log in with your own credentials), plus Bluetooth speakers throughout the house.
For indoor fun, enjoy backgammon, chess, an Xbox 360, board games, books, and magazines. Outside, explore the property with walking sticks, Wildlife Bingo, and binoculars by the back door.
From April to October, you’ll find floats, life jackets, kayaks, two bikes, fishing gear, and yard games in the Mustard Shed across the driveway.
Dogs & Family
We understand the challenges of traveling with dogs and kids, so we’ve made it easier for you.
For your furry friends, we provide food and water bowls, special towels and blankets (if it’s yellow, it’s for the dogs!), plus extra leashes and bells to help keep track of them.
The property is also kid-friendly, with baby gates at the top of both indoor and outdoor stairs. However, please take extra care around the firepit and always supervise children near the creeks, pond, and river.
